Water Bath Vaporizers
Horizontal Water Bath Vaporizers, for Propane, Butane, and other LPG.
Models WB-200, WB-250, and WB-350 utilize atmospheric (venturi) type
burners; models WB-450 and higher utilize Forced Draft Power Burners.
Standard Safety Features in accordance with NFPA # 58. Vapor Tube Bundle
in accordance with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII,
Division I. Approvals: Factory Mutual (FM) and Canadian Standards
Association (CSA); suitable for Industrial Risk Insurers (IRI)
installations.
Prices for WB-450 and higher include control panel with Allen-Bradley
PLC and Allen-Bradley Operator Interface for system status display and
first-outage indication. Detailed equipment description can be found in
AES brochure “Water Bath Vaporizers”.
After July 2002, all models WB-450 and above are equipped with Honeywell
Flame Safeguard Controls. After July 2003, all models WB-450 and above
are equipped with Temperature and Pressure Transmitters in Vapor Outlet
for “smart” Liquid Carryover Protection, based on pressure/temperature
correlation and LPG type (Propane/Butane/…).
After July 2006, all WB vaporizers are finished in “marine-grade” paint
with superior UV resistance and corrosion protection. The metal siding
panels of all WB vaporizers WB-450 and above are powder-coated, and the
top cover plates are coated with an corrosion– and abrasion-resistant
compound ! WB-200 to WB-350 vaporizers are protected by marine-grade
aluminum panels.
Models WB-7000, WB-10000, WB-12000, WB-15000 and above are typically
designed and manufactured to customer specifications. They are typically
equipped with a separate compartment for the combustion air blowers to
reduce noise in the main control room.
Models WB-10000, WB-12000, WB-15000 and above are typically equipped
with dual-burner combustion systems for improved efficiency.
Standard lead time
on all models WB-200 to WB-4500 is 6 weeks. Larger models (WB-5500 and
above) are typically available within 90 days. Some models are carried
in inventory. Actual lead times depend on factory workload and may vary.

Heat Transfer Solution trough AES. Contact for pricing if
your Heat Transfer Solution is not Jeffcool P155, or if it was
not purchased from AES.
Note 2:
Jeffcool P155 is delivered in non-returnable containers. The
cost of the containers is included in the price of the Heat
Transfer Solution. AES accepts returned containers (freight
pre-paid) for recycling and will credit the customer's account
$35.00 for each returned 55-gallon drum, and $70.00 for each
returned 275-gallon tote. |
