Direct
Fired Vaporizers
All direct fired
vaporizers are designed for 250 psig at 600 °F and conform to ASME
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, and latest edition of
NFPA # 58. ASME “U” stamp is standard. Approvals: Factory Mutual
(FM) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA), suitable for Industrial
Risk Insurers (IRI). All AE-series vaporizers carry CRN numbers valid
for all Canadian Provinces and Territories. European CE Mark approval is
pending. Detailed equipment description can be found in AES brochure

Single heat exchanger vaporizers (AE-50,
AE-80, AE-120), and small quantities of multi heat exchanger vaporizers
(DF-series) are normally available from inventory. Actual lead times and
lead times of larger quantities depend on factory workload and may vary.
All direct fired vaporizers are available
with REGO regulators, or FISHER regulators; please add “R” to your
purchase order for REGO (example: AE-80R), or “F” for FISHER
(example: AE-80F). Multi heat exchanger vaporizers (DF-series) come
complete with Liquid Inlet Manifold and Vapor Outlet Manifold.
