I would like to take this opportunity and introduce myself as the new owner and president of AES.

Over the next few months, you will see a complete makeover in the appearance of AES, including literature, data sheets, price lists, stationary, etc. What will not change is the staff of AES, the products that we manufacture, and the effort that we put into producing products that have come to be known as the standards in the industry.

I am excited to continue the work of a man, John Hallberg, who has repeatedly been called the senior authority in the LPG vaporizer and standby system industry, and I am glad that John has agreed to make himself available to AES for as long as we need him.

The main effort in the immediate future will be to install a state-of-the-art sales and customer service department, and to develop a distributor and sales support network for customers throughout the U.S. and for our export markets.

Effort will also be directed towards improving communications with customers, suppliers, and employees. As a first step, we have activated a toll free phone number (800-410-9161), have expanded our web site (http://www.altenergy.net) and have installed e-mail for all departments at the AES offices (a list of addresses can be found at http://www.altenergy.net/contact.htm). Customers, distributors and suppliers will be contacted by mail and phone in early January, and also in January, we will begin an extensive tour of the U.S. to meet with customers, distributors and suppliers to discuss how we can better meet the demands of the market and how we can better serve our customers.
