Dear Customers, Suppliers, Employees, and Friends of
AES:
After enjoying the success of Alternate Energy
Systems, Inc. (AES) for almost 25 years, I have decided to sell the company and to retire.
Effective immediately, the ownership in AES has
changed to Mr. Wolfgang Driftmeier, president of WHD Holdings, Inc. Mr. Driftmeier has
spent the last 20+ years in various positions in related parts of the industry, and I am
confident that he is the right type of person to maintain AES’s reputation as the
leading manufacturer of vaporizers and mixers for propane standby systems, and to
facilitate the continued growth of AES.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank
customers, suppliers, employees and all other friends for their patronage, innovative new
parts and components, loyalty, and everything else that helped make AES what it is today.
In the months before we finally went to closing, Mr.
Driftmeier and I have already built a rapport that will ensure a smooth transition and
will guarantee the continued successful operation of AES. I have promised Mr. Driftmeier
to be available to him whenever necessary, and it will be my pleasure to help with the
introduction of the latest product developments.
